1 medium zucchini, sliced

¼ tsp. garlic salt

¼  cup margarine  

2 cups milk

2 cups shredded cheese

½ tsp. salt

2 cups cooked macaroni

½ tsp. oregano

½ cup chopped tomato

½ cup flour

Sauté zucchini in margarine.  Blend in flour and seasonings.  Gradually add milk.  Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Add 1 ½  cups cheese. Stir til melted. Stir in macaroni and tomato. Pour into 1 ½ qt. casserole.

 

Bake 350 degrees. 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.  Continue baking til cheese is melted.
